Everything starts with a free 30-minute Zoom or phone call to talk about where you’d like extra support and decide if I can help. Sometimes that’s all you’ll need to work through a concern.

If we decide to work together, we’ll discuss the outcomes you’d like to achieve, how often we’ll meet, and the steps we’ll follow. All sessions are based on an hourly rate of $150 CAD/hour, prepaid, with virtual meetings scheduled at a time that works for both of us. Ongoing sessions will be entirely at your discretion.
